projects Department

Department tasks:

 The Projects Section follows up the design, implementation and supervision of buildings and infrastructure of the Jordanian Engineers Association, where it contributes to the preparation of bid documents, auditing of financial claims and placement of their disbursement, and it also holds periodic meetings with all parties (contractor, consultant) to ensure the progress of work in websites.

 The department also reviews the official authorities related to the implementation of the Association's projects, such as (Miyahuna, Municipalities, Agriculture, Antiquities, Jordan Valley Authority...etc.) in order to ensure the progress of the Association's projects.

Department objectives:

 Ensure the implementation of projects to achieve the required quality.

  Ensure the implementation of projects within the specified period of bids and within the cost.

 Ensure the progress of work in projects according to the work flow chart prepared for this purpose.

 Ensure continuous communication between the relevant authorities (supervision, contractor, owner's representative

 Obtaining approvals from the relevant third parties to enable business continuity.

Quarterly achievements of the projects department:

Infrastructure works for Syndicate City have been completed and the designs for the new association building are being prepared by the design office.

 Infrastructure implementation works for Al Dhahiba Al Gharbia 2 project have been completed.

 The infrastructure tender for the Karak -Madaba project and the Al-Jald project-Ghor Al-Rama project was put forward, and the contractor was initiated to start implementation.

 Infrastructure design for the Al-Hosn-Abu Al-Sous project and the Al-Tunaib project - Al-Sikkah Al-Gharbi (3 + 4 + 5) has been started, and work is underway for projects that were previously proposed in southern Amman, namely Jallul 2, Jallul 3, Hawara.

 Work is currently underway on the tender for the implementation of the infrastructure for the Al-Taneeb Eastern Railway Project, and the completion rate is 30%.

 Execution works for the headquarters of Bani Kinana (bone) have been completed, and work is underway to tender for the finishes.

 The design work for the new Ma'an branch building has been completed.

 Work is underway to modernize and rehabilitate the new Association building / Tafila branch.

 The maintenance of the headquarters of the Balqa branch and the maintenance of the Ghadaf commercial complex have been completed.

 Rehabilitation of the commercial complex in the Tafila branch has commenced.

 Work is in process on designing the tender for hangers - the industrial city.

 The number of building projects reached 16, with a value of 1,631,307 dinars.

 The number of infrastructure projects reached 14, with a value of 3,743,537 dinars.

 The total value of the projects was 5,374,844 dinars
