The field survey is complementary to the practice of the profession. Where the field survey team visits the engineers at their places of work, and its task is to educate the engineers about the services of the union such as (health and social insurance, cellular phones, loans...etc.) in addition to correcting their situation at the department in terms of (workplaces, experiences, controlling duplication of work).

workplaces and its mission is to educate the engineers about the services of the union such as (health and social insurance, cellular phones, loans...etc.) in addition to correcting their situation with the department in terms of (workplaces). , experiences, controlling duplication of work), in addition to collecting new data of engineers and working to update them permanently, which guarantees data of a high level of quality. This contributes to the organization of the engineering profession, and thus the organization of engineering work in order to fulfill the needs of the Jordanian engineer in light of the changes surrounding the labor market.

 

  • Objectives

1. Establishing a database related to the affairs of engineers and companies.

2. Clarifying the trade union concept in line with the Labor Law.

3. Register as many companies as possible.

4. Provide job or training opportunities for engineers.

5. Activate the participation between the union and the companies in areas related to engineers, such as conferences, visits, etc.

 

  • Mechanism

1. An official letter from the Association shall be addressed to the concerned party in order to facilitate the field survey task.

2. The concerned person is interviewed in the company and matters pertaining to the company are discussed as stated in the field survey form for a maximum period of half an hour.

3. The engineers in the company are met and their affairs and conditions within the company are discussed.

4. Clarifying the goals of the union to fellow engineers and explaining the services provided to them.
