The Jordan Engineers Association has always sought to accomplish a set of goals, objectives and policies aimed at developing and rectifying the existing reality and future of the engineering profession in Jordan through the association’s council who has continually endeavored to set future visions and work plans for the coming period.
Seeking reform and thorough guidance that will promote the level of the profession and bring it back to its proper educational and professional path, distinguished by the joint cooperation with all concerned bodies in the engineering profession.
This will be attained through the continuity of strengthening the coordination with these bodies ,especially with regard to the need for coordination between the professional employees at various engineering firms and the institutions and its presence in reality, thus filling the need and requirements of the labor market in order to reach the ultimate goal which is the contribution from all bodies in the process of the comprehensive reform and sustainable development and to supplement the nation with professionally, educationally and technically qualified and trained employees.
The Jordan Engineers Association has started with the training programs for engineers for a long time due to the association’s conviction of the importance of meeting the needs of individuals and concerned bodies in the engineering profession as well as qualifying fresh graduates engineers who join the engineering profession for the first time to be able to perform their professional workloads ,and thus facilitating their involvement in various engineering systems applied in Jordan on the one hand, and the role of training in reducing the problem of unemployment among engineers on the other hand, as well as the transfer of knowledge and required skills as a result of the development of modern sciences and what consequently follows due to using the related technological methods and applications which are important to be trained on.
